Net passport email verification?

I just wanna know if its still possible and if you know how, to tell me please!

If you sign into MSN before you verify your account, sometimes it caches and shows that you're un-verified for a long period of time.

It's possible if you own the actual email account, and request for the verification email, it's not possible though to do it any other way, all methods have been patched and it's quite secure.
