Learn CSS, use divs.

Try looking at a few websites that have a reputation for their good looks.

It's just not exciting enough to compete with other fansites, maybe you should consider having one made, or atleast try and make it a little more appealing.

The design isn't great, few little blips that you could of fixed and a bit plain.

The people who comment on how it's coded make me laugh at their nerdiness. No offence but a normal user simply does not judge a website on its coding. Tables are far more reliable than divs, but divs are new and designed for layouts. It's up to you what you use, and users, unless they want to be negative, shouldn't care.
