Whats that tell you, don't download illegally (:P)No it actually tells him that with out a Rapidshare account he is going to get a rather slow download rate unlike if he had a Rapidshare account he would get faster download speeds as he would be a priority downloader.

Movie, i doubt they have contracts with money companies to host their movies imho :P
