To cut a long story short, I won a Nintendo DS Lite and a game and I am selling to to someone for £80.

What do you guys think I should I buy with the cash? I am looking for cool pieces of technology - can be anything from computer upgrades to a phone. I may just bank it away, but I want some ideas first!

The possibility's are endless, It's hard to know where to start.

You could update some of your computers components if need be eg: RAM,Graphics card ect.

Well if you are wanting to upgrade something in your computer, could you please provide what specs you currently have? We could work it out from there what would give you the biggest performance boost.

I am already upgrading my RAM this Xmas to 4GB on my PC and 2GB on my laptop :)

Already got a 250GB one and it's enough.

I've got a Dell XPS 420. It has 8800GT, Q6600, 2GB RAM (upgrading to 4GB over Xmas), a 24" monitor and a 19" monitor. I also have a card reader, Powerline network adapter and one DVD-RW drive in it.

Probably not much point in a case cos I have a Dell so it is non-standard (BTX motherboard). I won the DS from World Skills UK - I did a competition at Skills London 2008 (an exhibition at London ExCeL).

Could you sell the 19" and use the £80 to upgrade to two 24" monitors, or atleast upgrade to a 22".
There are 22" LG monitors which are good quality on eBuyer for £130. :)

Possibilities aren't endless, if he never had a budget and it wasn't to do with technology it would be endless, but as there is a budget and a subject there isn't unlited possibilities tbh :P

Yep I was thinking the exact same thing, having monitors different sizes would drive me mad :P

Maybe you should just get a load of games since you have a gaming machine. Idk if you pirate them though, if you do that wouldn't be much good. What're your keyboard and mouse like? If you really wanna splash out get one of those Saitek Cyborg gaming keyboards, they're supposed to be great.
