Well basically I want to put a some information on a disc and I downloaded a .rar file, now what shall I do with it?
Is there like an extractor or what I need to get?

I think you can get a trial, I'll check.

Edit: You can get a trial for it, think it's around 30 days. I got a crack for it so I can't remember. Click the evaluation one.
