Mum has braught me a 360 but the only way i can play online is through the wireless because the router and 360 are at different ends of the house. i only get 3 bars of connection sometimes 4 in the room i want to play it in. what will the gameplay be like and will i have any problems with this.

thanks.

You'd be okay :P If you've got a PC in your room wire the Xbox to it with an ethernet lead if you're worried.

3 and 4 bars are okay, if at any point you are on 2 bars, it means the Xbox Live connection will lag a bit, and if you are on 1 bar then it will be extremely laggy.

I wouldn't worry, you should be fine.

Yeah, ethernet lead from laptop to Xbox then there's a tutorial stickied under Microsoft to allow you to create a bridge :P

will i have to use that method in the tutorial? im useless with computers and will no doubt totally mess it up. Also will it make the gameplay any better? sorry for all these questions;)

Yeah, it's not hard to mess up, it tells you what to do step by step with screenshots ;) Very hard to mess up on that one :P

I would say it should be fine without bridging the connection - if you do bridge it, you need to computer to be on at the same time (but you also save £50 on the wireless adapter!)

Its fine, cos games sync anyway.

Try wrapping tin foil around the antenna on the back (my mate ses it works)

i will probably do the bridging method. if it saves me £50 ill do it. I know there is a stickied thread at the top but ive tried doing the steps on my laptop and its totally different to how the screenshots look. its probably just me being useless with laptops but hopefully i can sort it out:)

sorry for double post but my mum has just told me she has braught the wireless adapter along with the xbox so no need to worry about paying £50:) are these simple to set up and are there any essential steps to take while setting it up.
