MobileInstallation question.

This is mainly for ***** as I know he is fairly clever with this part.


So yeah, I have the MobileInstallation file, you know the cracked one. I want to upgrade to 2.2, if I do this will I need to re do the process of replacing the MobileInstallation thing? Last time I done it I kept ballsing up and breaking my iPod (until restore).

Edit. Sorted, just jailbroke and used MIPatch from the Hackulo.us repo.

I was gonna' say that then I realised you'd already sorted your problem out. That repo comes in very handy, saves all the trouble of SSH'ing in and all that. :)
