Because they don't gaurentee the safety of the alteration. I suggest you take better care to prevent people from doing stuff like that (such as hidden layers in photoshop can sometimes stop people from editing the png.)

Anyway, it's scratchline standard recolor, and I don't think it will win.

this one is better, although you should either make the ice red so that it looks like frozen ice or you should change the water to blue... :)
