It seems evident to me your just showing off as you've put little emphasis on the question and the most obvious way to see if a internet connection is bad is to see how slow it is to use. Trust me when you've got a bad internet connection, you'll be the first to know about it.

Mine is fine for games/surfing, but downloading is slow sometimes, depends on what I'm downloading, where from and what time, but you get over it and you learn to accept your connection and how you can use it to suite you.
