You cant just magically get 50 logins the day you start.. you work your way up ;)

Your going to have to pay quite a bit to recieve this kind of traffic, I suggest you look into a more webmaster-type forum, such as Digital Point, people offer this kind of service at a fixed-price there so. :)

My site's have always achieved somewhere around this, it's not that hard to get that many logins a day.
Although, if I was you I would aim for a higher user base.

You want unique users created, anyone can run a script to mass register users.

I'm sorry. I cannot promise 50 logins per day, but I can promise a strong and stable forum!
Im sure it would be better to have a team of manager's rather than just one :)
