With the THE PAINTINATOR you’ll be able to splatter anything that comes between you and the end of any level. Shoot paintballs with the R1 button and using the right stick to aim. Paintballs will hit with a very weak slap. Shoot ‘Brains’ from a safe distances now and progress through levels much easier. The Paint Switch, so you can attach it to any object and set it to destruct after being splattered with enough paint.

This new Level Pack is very exciting as these new items will open up the kind of levels Creators can make!

Now if you don’t buy it, no worries, you’ll still be able to enjoy the MGS fun! Non-MGS Level Pack owners can PLAY the MGS Story Levels by joining a “host” who owns the pack and play the levels online together. You won’t be able to keep any objects, but you can experience the new features. MGS Level Pack owners will also be able to CREATE levels with any of these items (including the Paintinator) and SHARE them online for everyone to play.

Be sure MM will continue to provide more LBP goodness down the road in 2009.

UPDATE: Pricing looks to be aroung £1.60 for individual costumes and £5 for the premium pack.
Release is on Tuesday 23rd December.

lol yea i know. but there saying if you add up all the small problems it all adds up into one big one. we get treated really badly compared to america and japan. despite europe having a bigger game market than america. Fact we still get delays and longer waiting times. I still think UK should get same release as US >.> dont like waiting cos of the germans.. im sure its germany the localise the games.

Yes im aware of that but surely it dosent take months for it to come out. like someone said for an example in a rant. a Game which only need the menu translated took someonething like 7 months to reach europe.

And the aussies get it worse than us. i think UK and austrilia should get same release as US. I dont care about other versions. should have seperate divisions working on diffrent translations. some games get released here and they dont even have an option to change the language. >_>

Lol awesome pack. One thing though, I'm sure it's near impossible to do 40 in 5 secs and destroy Rex in 2 minutes.

Splatters cool but it would be good for the person creating a level to choose the colour
