Cheap .me domains via paypal?

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap .me domain name? I know that GoDaddy has them for $15 if I'm not but you have to have a credit card attached to your paypal account.

Well I ended up buying one from dynadot.

I registered mine with Dynadot too, several hours after registering I got told I had to confirm that the phone line I entered was genuine and if I didnt within 2 days then I would get my domain deleted and get no refund. I entered my phone line and had to wait another 16-17 hours before my domain finally became active. VERY slow service.
