this is neither a goal nor an achievement and it depends how much money you have which is fastest..

Depends how much money you have, firemaking would be the fastest with mage logs, then prayer with dagannoth bones, then craft, etc smithing can get to 300k xp an hour at 88, easy cheap fast 99s cook would be that, then fletch, then fm.
