It's an ok forum, But you are better with a Vbulletin forum or mybb forum as the skin you have used there, you can barely see any of the writing, and can't you at least explain a bit more about the forum, what it is etc.

Everything is just separated too much, you don't even need 1 forum to for reporting staff. Just have a thread in the feedback forum saying "Report admins and staff here". The forum just seems very poorly organised, that's why you are the only member. Also you should start off with only a few forums (5-8) then when more members join branch the forums out.

I don't think you understand, your forum is 100% certain to fail. I will explain in a very long post.

You have 3 members at the moment, and 19 forums. There are way too many forums for that amount of users and half of the forums aren't even needed. I will go through the forums and explain if they are needed or not.

North forum category

Updates - Its needed, but since you want to keep the amount of forums minimal you could call it Announcements so you can post staff changes and updates in there. There is only 1 thread in the forum and the title is new updates, it should have something to do with the new updates rather than saying just saying "new updates" because its obvious its about updates because its in the updates forum.

FAQ'S - This forum isn't needed because there is an FAQ's link at the top of the forum. The only thread in it (Post Your Questions) isn't really needed and could be moved to a feedback forum (if you made one.)

Rules - This should be in with the FAQ's link at the top of the page, and there doesn't need to be a whole forum for 1 thread with rules in it. The staff and user rules over lap. User rules 1. No swearing badly., staff rules 4. No Swearing/rude Pics, you should just say that the staff have to follow the user rules as well. The rules also have lots of loop holes, I could mass PM lots of people advertising a porn website and not have broken the rules. There is also no information on bans (eg. how many infractions you need to get banned)

North forum category

Daily News - This forum seems to have its own category, I was unsure what it was for before a viewed the thread in it. When I looked in it I saw that it was to do with staff and stuff, so it should go on the updates forum, not have a whole category and forum just for it.

Staff members category

Owners&Co-Owners - Again, a whole forum just for 1 thread, its not needed. There should just be a stickyed thread in the updates or announcements forum for a list of all the staff members.

Admins - Same as Owners&Co-Owners.

Moderators - Same as Owners&Co-Owners.

Job Applications category

Admin - Again! 1 thread is needed for job applications not 2 forums and 1 category. Also in the thread in this forum you seem to be raping the shift key, "Heya This Application Is Limited To 2 Days. Thanks. Renember 2 Days ONLY" and your use of words is not that professional ("Heya").

Moderators - Same as above.

Graphics

Post Your Avatars - This only needs 1 thread, not a whole forum. You are also missing a forum where people can show off there graphics.

Need New Graphics - I have no idea what this forum is for. If its for requesting graphics why not call it "Request Graphics", it just makes more sense.

Discussions

Family Problems - The target is too small, aiming a whole forum at people who have family problems will mean the forum will become inactive. You should broaden this forum to "Teen life" or something similar.

Habbo Hotel - Again, the forum doesn't have anything to do with Habbo so your target is too small. The forum should be merged with the Runescape forum and renamed to "Games" and if the forum gets more popular you could merge it out into "Online games" and "Console games".

Retros - You don't specify which type of retro you are talking about, but worse than that you are breaking zforum's T&C by discussing illegal acts (yes, retros are illegal.) I would strongly recommend deleting this forum.

Runescape - Same advice as the Habbo Hotel forum.

Also there are other things to discuss than the things you have made forums for, so you should add a "Discuss Anything" forum

Opinions

My Site - Another forum to discuss Pheonix forum, how many is that now... 5? This whole forum and category should be merged into a feedback forum.

Report A Member Of Staff Here

Report A Admin - A whole forum to report an admin, there are only 3 admins so its not like the forum is going to be used. Report an admin and Report a mod should be merged into 1 and moved to 1 thread in a feedback forum. 1 catogery and 2 forums to report less than 3 forum members is not needed.

Report A Mod - Same advice as above.

Post Your Ideas.

Site Ideas - This should be deleted altogether, its not needed at all. If you make a feedback forum you could merge about 6 of the existing forums into it.



To be honest the forum would look better if the category's and forums were set out like this.

See how many unneeded forums I have managed to remove there. The domain for the forum is too long, you need to either buy one of get a free shorter one. Free ones are available from

Yeah, mybb is great free forum software. It has almost the same amount of features as vb.
