Today, i tryed to get onto the forum, from my mobile. It said that it wont let me because it's only for over 18s.

I filed a request to get it unblocked.

It was denied.

If you are over 18 or the phone is a contract phone/registered to an over 18 you can have the bar removed

And when they request for his credit card because thats how they verify users through or via his passport/driving license and he is under 18 they will remove it because?

However when i try get on ebuddy, "Virgin mobile is protecting you, this site is rated 18+"

Any sort of chat/forum is considered Over 18, I'm not sure if it's a thing all mobile phone providers use but it is quite annoying.

My dad got it removed for me, if you get a parent or gaurdian to do it for you they can't really refuse. Or if they have a web control panel like T-Mobile, just login and remove it.

They can as the phone is registered to a minor, or if they believe the phone will be given to a minor. Read the terms of the safeguard

Much like the vodafone/orange/other networks it will require a credit card first time.

The reason for that is either the safeguard hasn't be deactivated properly or (more likely) ebuddy costs the networks money if you are on free data due to its constant refresh and constant connection

Was it? used to be 0.5p per kb for me, was runnish. They only gave me free access to virgin bites site and nothing else.
