It just when i was small, my older brothers used to watch the united games all the time and that's how I've gotten to be a united fan. Would of have been the same if they was supporting a different team.

I also find it more of a challenge to support my club - I mean, how easy is it to support Manchester United? Very easy, that's how easy. You're guarenteed to have a good season every season no matter what (for now anyway). Whereas if you support lower-league clubs, you have your ups and your downs and are never guarenteed anything, apart from surprises. I still look out for Arsenal and like to see them do well, but my support is fully on Doncaster and if Doncaster play Arsenal, I will be wearning a Doncaster shirt, and not an Arsenal one.

The fans didn't really care about losing in 'a mickey mouse cup', but I'm sure Fergie would've rather liked winning it. Trophies are trophies, and the more you have, the better you look as a team. It'd be great to win a cup, but we have a long way to go yet.
