Setting up a PayPal account.

I want to set up a pay pal account but can i? Seeing that I'm only 15, will i get in trouble with papal if they find out that I'm underage?

First of all here is some information about my card.

It's Say's Maestro and SOLO on it.

On the back it says "This card is not a credit card or cheque guarantee card"

If i can set up a account is Paypal easy to use, also some tips (Safety) and general tips would be huge help.

Also i have forgotten my pin number - do i need this when buying online?

I'm using it for Buy and selling online so shall i go for a premier account?

Oh and i need to scan comp before i do anything else.

I hooked my UK bank account up to Paypal. I never used a credit/debit card. Maybe this has changed.

Paypal is simple. It's like online banking and is easier purchasing goods via sites such as eBay.

Premier Account is the only account you can use if you wish to sell online.

Lol thanks for the advice. :P And no I'm not a business but Premier Account is for individuals who buy and sell online and that fits my criteria. ;)

That means your bank details which you entered was incorrect or they rejected it.
Ring up PayPal or email them.
