They won't be missed, I sent them an email asking when photos would work again only to get the reply that this was a warning not to abuse the service because the answer was in the FAQs. I then proceeded to the FAQs to find only the statement;

"Photos still do not work" :eusa_wall

Why would Player Support know the answer to that when the techies in Finland are working on it?

Good point. Another is why they would misinterprate "When will the photos be working?" as "Are photos working at the moment?", considering I could figure that out myself.

Player support sent me arguably one of the most useless emails ever. A pretty simple email I sent them asking for help and the email they replied with was like they were just trying to be difficult. They had always been good until then but I suppose it was the firs time "Steun" replied so it might just be him/her.

Ajthedragon, to be fair with you they are not sad they are the ones that are keeping Habbo safe. For example if Moderators didn't go on Christmas day or any other big event around the world, the Hotel could run riot. e.g. No one will ban scamming Habbos etc.
Please dont call them sad either, they will be recieveing double pay as it's a holiday and they obviously dont want to work at the same time. On Christmas day and you send in a CFH and didn'ty get a reply I'm sure you'd be abit cheesed off.

Case closed :)

I sent player support an email saying "I wish to report a phishing email"

I got a reply back saying "Just like in real life, people online often pretend to be someone they are not, in order to fool others.

Habbo staff will *never* contact you via MSN, Skype or any other messengers - neither do we use emails with addresses from Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail or other web email providers.

We will also *never* ask you for your password, so you should never give it out to someone claiming to work for Habbo. If they ask for it, it's a sign that they don't work here!"
