So I bought a headset online at PriceStorm.com on the 5th of December and they shipped it on the 10th of December and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have emailed them and both times they said it's in the post. I emailed them again yesterday and they said that I should check the sorting office because they might have it there, but they don't have it there since I went this morning. I wanted it before Christmas, since I had ordered it on the 5th of December, and I think it's terrible how I haven't received it yet. Do you guys think it'll be lost in the post or something? Thanks.

It well could be it as happend to me before, but thankful the guy had another one and sent it. I then noticed that his writing was awful and they prob didnt understand it.

Surely you should of got it by now.

I should've asked them to send another 1, but I really wanted it for Christmas so I doubt they'd send me one and I'd get it for Thursday.

No you can still get it tomorrow I believe, they posted it a while ago and they still deliver tomorrow. I'm waiting on a couple of unimportant orders atm but lucky all my items have turned up this week, I've been sweating about my VGA-DVI adaptor turning up but there was one with my graphics card.

Not really, it's taken nearly a month for it to arrive so sending another is the least they could do. You should complain and ask for a refund or at least a discount.

Say you were planning on buying a load of stuff from their website but because of the terrible reliability you have thought other wise, they will send you freebies or credit back.

I ordered something on the 15th. Still waiting. Its not royal mail though. Some side company called HDNL or smthing.

Take ages and they dont update there tracking system. Its been on Depot Recieved for ages.

I've normally received a decent service when ordering online.
