Dont know if Habbo UK is having open and closing times but dont take this is gospal truth. I'm unsure and wouldn't want to start rumors.

I don't think it means it has opening hours, I think it just means "Hotel will be up in (0:30h)" so it could display that kind of message on maintenance or something.
