I got bored, spent about 5 hours doing this (started @ 12:00 this morning)
I'm rly proud of this:) So please rate/slate, ways I can improve? No sarcasm please, I see someone hasn't noticed sarcasm coming in their direction;)

You should change the font so it shows the difference between navigation and content. The font on content box is small too. I also don't think the header image needs the white border and change the fansite name font? Other than that, it's job well done. I like it. Just needs a bit of tweaking here and there. 7/10 :)

it looks good. It looks like youve strretched the content boxes in paint or something, and the banner inside the banner looks a bit wierd. But yeah good.

Ignore him, he dosen't know the first thing about DESIGNS.
The font on the content box on the DESIGN dose NOT matter, it won't be like that once coded.

Anyways, really good attempt :) I quite like it, although use different fonts in Navagation rest is great though ;)

Yeah, it's got potential and you've got potential - it's just an out-dated style. Another thing, make the rounded corners on your content boxes actually round.
