hey, i was just wondering if anyone knew any better training places for defence rather than rock crabs or experiments for a level 87? my attack is 71 my strength is 70 and i wanna get my defence up from 62 to 70. + rep for good answers. Oh im also using a whip if that helps :P Cheers :)

Try slayer - good drops so you'll make cash and plenty of variety.

Or, if your looking for experience more than cash, try Yaks (although they are pretty crowded) or I've heard Bandits in the desert are good because they keep attacking you if you wear a zamorak item.

yeh i might give slayer a try, ive only got it to level 30 though so it might take longer :( Also this is gonna sound like a "noob" question but my strengths 70 and attacks 71 but when i use my whip the highest i hit is like 19 and when i use dds special i mostly hit below 10 and 0's how can i improve this?

I get that as well with my spec's..
I use super sets when I'm training Slayer.. if you can afford it, it's really helpful because it helps you hit higher so you get faster experience.
Other than that, I don't know.. sorry.
My spec's aren't the best either.

Train str to hit over 19 ;)
It's what everyone does.
Slayer in fact is slower training.
Bandits are good, specially if you want to watch tv aswell and yaks are good exp.

You could train defence using range or mage that way you can get mage and range up as well + hitpoints

do slayer, it makes money easily, theres alot of variety with the monsters and it trains it pretty fast too.

if not, do pest control
pest control is fairly fast too, its how i leveled and still level my attack, mostly strength and defence.
