What tv setting :(

I have a new 22" HD LCD TV for my room, and I don't know what setting to change my xbox to. Its all plugged in, but i don't know if its 470p,740p,1080i or 1080p or widescreen.

Which should it go on :S?

1080i / 1080p is the best you can get, compare the both and use that, because I'm not sure what's best the p or i, I keep getting confused.
