GTA IV Problem! Help Please!

Hiya today I got GTA IV and I'm trying to install it but all that is coming up is the Social Club. All I want to do is play the game in single player mode, but I have to play it online.

Anyway I signed up and activated it, and it's still not working! Here's the screen I get.

Yes, I have got the log in details correct.[

Any help please reply asap.

You MUST be doing something wrong. Maybe your typing the wrong login details. What site did you sign up on?

You're probably best registering again, you won't lose anything if you haven't done anything ;)

btw, if you just want to do single player and not something like acheivments then when doing the Windows Live Gaming id thing just go for an offline one (took me about 20mins to get it to work).

I went to sign in with the log in details and this appeared:

Your request could not be authenticated. Your account has not been validated

you need to activate your account by clicking the link in the email they sent you
