RING PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY TELL THEM THAT YOUR EMAIL HAS BEEN COMPROMISED
I've pm'd you a link so you can get your email back without the secret question, im not going to post it here because loads of noobs will start reverting each other.
But i cant stress enough you need to contact paypal

Did it solve your case?
All I can say is, when you create an account always ensure you don't enter the correct information. - Make your 'Profile' hidden and always make your security answers random but write them down.
Use a KeyScrambler. This basically encrypts every keystroke.
I got told most of this from my old X Leader.
Believe me, it works magic! :D
Goodluck in the future.

I used to promote KeyScrambler, but the newer keylogger's can see past it, There always one step ahead.
The best way to stop keyloggers:
Get a decent anti-virus, it will detect when the keylogger try's to change system settings.

Can still go through it sadly, there's nothing that stop everything. :@
Even via Real-Time protection.
I just put my ports on stealth and block ones that are not needed.
I also reduce packets etc, so it sort of works to protect from DOS etc.
