my throat keeps tickling making me cough and i dont no how to get it away i tried pop, its getting on my nervous please tell me for help suggestions :( +rep if it works

It helps actually if you don't cough madly as if you're about to drop a lung. Just try to ignore it and it should clear up. It's worse at night when you're trying to get to sleep.

hot water with some honey and a wedge of lemon in it.
