Expert Guitar?

That was the first song I failed on, either though I've done it numerous times on Rock Band. They've just charted it really badly, it's way harder than it should be.

All you can do is keep praticing, that's all I did. Doing it on pratice mode did help.

When I had GH3 and couldnt get a song, I took it in parts. Practised on the parts I was really bad with and then speed it up slowly.
