Can anyone help?

Hi

My friends have a Garmin sat nav. And it keeps telling them to update the map. Now to update it from Garmin website, you have to pay £60 for a download.

Now, I'm trying to get this for them for free, and i've tried torrents but they've failed me.

So has anyone got any other links or rapidshare links etc?
