The BBC located a Islamist website which had a 200 word statement of the London attacks.

This is only part of it:

We continue to warn the governments of Denmark and Italy and all the Crusader governments that they will be punished in the same way if they do not withdraw their troops from Iraq and Afghanistan. He who warns is excused.

yes, i believe that is why. we went into Iraq and a group with links to al quaeda claims to be responsible for the attacks

It really isn't fair. :( Ordinary people have lost their lives or have been injured, they didn't do anything wrong.

no matter what they're reason was its a great shame and i hope the families and friends of the deceased cope well :)
