ok so yeah, a bit odd..

just above my nipples, kind of level to the armpit i'm getting white kind of flaky skin, if I scratch it it will come off, but it's just a bit.. odd haha

is it dry skin? or something else?

Probably because its winter. The cold dries out your skin alot, just apply some moisturiser :)

It's dry skin,
i get it aswell.
All you can do is put moisturiser on to put the moisture back in your skin.

Your skin is probably dehydrated, try drinking more

OR you show the symptoms of the common Psoriasis, can be quite annoying to treat.

Dry skin, I get that when I come out of the shower sometimes but on my face, if you put moisturizer on it then it should go

it won't be psoriasis that'll be all red + raw
just put cream on it before bed

Way to post what everyone else has said, about 5 times.

On topic: When in the shower, make sure not to use hot water when washing your face because this actually dehydrates your skin causing it to dry out. Try using warm water.

It also could be you're wearing somthing that rubs there? If you use a backpack it could be that.
