What money making skill?

Now I have made a new account, I need to concentrate on a certain skill that will supply my money. Like if I focused on woodcutting, I would eventually be able to cut magic logs and make some decent cash, or if I decided to do fishing I would soon be able to cut lobsters and sharks which would supply my acc with money. What should it be?

I personally prefer fishing to woodcutting so I would say fishing, or you could try runecrafting.
It's the best skill to make money from, and at 44 you can start making money.

I will obviously still merchant as that was my main money source on my old account but when sales are slow I just need something else to do for money.

fishing for sure mate.. fly fish at barb village until 65 fishing and then pot to get in the guild. faster than woodcut and rc is slow at level 44.

runecrafting is slow, and honestly its not that big a money maker as you cant make anything substantial until higher levels

do woodcutting, sell the logs - fletching is very popular, high level alching yields alot of gold
or fishing - pretty much the entirety of runescape need raw fish, or even cooked if you want to level your cooking along the way.

Gonna do fishing because I think that it is much more enjoyable as the other fishers always seem to be good and funny to talk to.

Is it too late?
I would suggest since its a new accoun to probably get like 99 hunting then do fishing...hunting is really like 3 weeks or so to 99 and makes around 30M
