I've had this headache for like 2 weeks, so i've been taking 2 paracetamols every 6 hours or so every day. I'm just wondering if taking paracetamols every day could cause a headache as well?

Not usually, especially as you're only taking them every 6 hours. Try a stronger tablet such as antibiotics.
Try something like ibuprofen

Have you had this headache on and off for two weeks, or is it constant?
Either way i would get yourself to your doctor, i had a bad headache for a week and got seen to.. doctor took a blood sample and got me some antibiotics.
Take the paracetamol every 4 hours.

Pretty much constant, and I have been to the doctor, and she seems to feel that everything is fine.

Yeah, I guess get it checked out by your doctor to be on the safe side. Headaches can be a nasty thing if they don't go away for long period of time :(.
