Do you ever prank call from Skype?

Ok well i use Skype quite a lot to talk to my family in Canada and stuff but my friends invited me to their conference call and they kept prank calling toll free numbers and said it can not be traced because its on the internet.

Is this true and do you guys (and girls) do this?

In my time I've done quite a lot to FRANK and when a woman has answered we've just began screaming down the microphone 'OMGZZZZ WHY IS FRANK NOT ANSWERING?! EVERYTIME I ******* CALL, SOMEONE ELSE PICKS IT UP, GIVE HIM A CHANCE WOMAN!' and Hastings has had a few too...

Yer, hastings have had quite a few. I did 1and1 too and erm yh id never do the serious ones though.

You can be tracked, but i doubt skype would go through all the trouble to do it over a small prank?
Pretty safe and better than using home phone

It can be traced from the internet, it's because Skypes servers are in Luxemburg and they don't allow any police force to access their servers and the police force there, to be frank, doesn't give a toss about any where else. Hence why it's so popular for prank calls and what not.

I was doing it last night using a kids voice with a voice changer, I rang a free 0800 number (car insurance) and I was like 'hi can I get insurance' and they hang up because it was a kids voice :P

My friend rang this Italian restaurant and asked for Mario and they said who is it and he said Luigi and they said Mario is not here right now can i take a message then he said Bowser told me to call here because of some princess. I had to mute my mic i was laughing so hard.
