Hey,

How much do you reckon I would get for my iPod Touch 1G 8GB?

The back is pretty scratched and there are a few VERY SMALL scratches on the screen which can't be seen when its on anyway.

Ill sell it with a clean 2.2 firmware install obviously.

I don't have the crap plastic stand that came with it or the screen cloth. Also the iPod earphones aren't included, but I am including some Sony ear phones.

The white carry case is not included, that was just to protect the iPod from my messy desk lol.

as others said, check on ebay for what they're going for and on completed listings. i sold my ipod touch 16gb for £160 in september, which was around 8 months old at that point.

Cex will give you £100 at least which ain't bad, but they're not a fan of scratches on the back, they wouldn't even accept my iPod cause of the scratches on the back despite the screen being perfect.

The money is to buy in-store though, depends if you want anything.

Probably £75. I sold my 16GB 1G for £100 in November. Plus it's pretty scratched and stuff. Don't expect much.

Just put it on ebay, set like a starting bid of like £75 or something and see how it goes.

Dunno, the back will lower the price a lot, and unless those headphones are better quality than Apple's, that will lower it too.

Anything is better than the Apple headphones.

I keep mine in a little sleeve that came with my iPod Video 5G, which I kept and I've had it two/three months and it doesn't have one scratch on the back! this is a 2G btw, I've kept it in well nice condition:P

I like the socks you can buy but they don't fit most of the newer models :(
