Hitpoints

I'm sure someone will know the answer to this, if not all.
If I was to max out attack and get it to 99, would I of reached 99 hitpoints by the time I do? (Assuming I started from the beginning). Or if not, would maxing out strength and attack reach 99 hitpoints?

You would get 99hp from gettin Att & str 99. Just doing one of them would leave you at about 95.

From what I know, for every one damage you hit, you get 4xp Attack/Strength/Defence and 1.33xp for Hitpoints.

So you'd be around the mid 90's.

man, if you start from the beginning you will need 13,034,000 hitpoints experience. you get 3x the experience in attack/strength/defence/range therefore you will need 3 of those (or so) to complete your goal of 99 hitpoints
