PC Monitor Xbox 360

Hey i know you can buy a vga cable for xbox (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/items/_W0QQ_nkwZxboxQ20360Q20vgaQ20cableQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fro mZQQ_mdoZ) to use your pc monitor but that means i wont be able to use my pc unless i plug my monitor back into my pc.

Is there any kind of splitter or video card that i can purchase so i can easily switch between the two?

Has anybody done this before?

I recommend just a basic 'VGA Switch', I've got this and it does the job.

you won't get sound though will you? unless you plug speakers into the vga splitter (didn't look at it so dno if its pos)

The VGA cable has the red and white sound inputs on it and comes with a red and white to 3.5mm jack adapter

You wont get sound through that you'll still need to connect the audio to something

I connect the red and white to my surround or red and white to 3.5mm then 3.5mm in PC mic slot :P
