Lovely, but we'll need your Operating System, Intel Chip (Celeron? Dual Core?), and which drivers you need; (Sound? Graphics?)

Not with Sony's you don't You just need the Model number such as NR11S/S then go to

http://support.vaio.sony.co.uk/submenu/downloads.asp?site=voe_en_GB_cons&navigationSource=wep

Select your machine from there and it will display all the drivers/other utilities Shipped with your vaio, You may need to register so they can find your machine/warrenty etc
