99 fishing

I am starting at level 1 :P. How many days should I aim for to reach 99?

Like 10 months I think if you get good exp a day. Might aswell go for woodcutting, its only about a year and much better cape.

Also depends on what you fish...
Took me a few months from 82, fishing monkfish.

Got some sleep last night and started today, I am at level 40 so I will start to fish lobbies at 45 so it's quicker, I will keep banking at catherby.

Fish monks, unless you're barbarian fishing or power fishing.
I did monks, they're good fast exp and you make some money at the end of it.

Thanks for all of the good lucks, just under 50 more levels to go lol. I haven't been on as much as I wanted to of been since I started this target so thats why I am still quite low.

omg u cow fish at shilo village til u get to a decent level (like 70-80) otherwise lobsters will take several million decades

I'd wait until at least 20 levels above each fish before you start trying to catch them.

Started at 1 and now I am pretty much level 60, thats without no-lifing it aswell. I am changing to fly fishing/power fishing untill I reach 68 where I will then go to the fishing guild and fish lobbies as they should be a lot quicker to catch then. Me and Milto have teamed up btw, hopefully we will reach it together! :)

Reached 99 fishing via lobbies, I'm gonna barb fish till 80 now then perhaps do sharks as they are amazing for money, the time it might take doing sharks does not bother me as it is not a race. :)

Ok cool, just remember that you will be needing 45 strength and agility to barb fish. I have enough strength but only 25 agility so I will be needing to train my agility up a bit.

Edit: God knows why I said "reached 99 fishing", I obviously mean 70. :P

Pretty much level 75 now. Not bad considering I started at level 1 and have still kept at it! :D
