Hey there,

For those who don't know me, I am the owner/founder of URT33N.COM - a news website aimed at teenagers. This website has been in the works since July '08 and in November '08, we launched to the public. Over the last month, we've been continuing to develop the website behind-the-scenes. However, members of the team have had to leave the project due to other commitments (eg. schoolwork). I have therefore decided to take the website down to work on it more and to gain a stronger workforce behind it before I open it to the public again.

So, I am currently looking for a group of teenagers willing to help me develop URT33N into a much better and much more appealing website. I have created a brand new look for the site and everything is ready to go. All I need now is a team to work with.

There isn't a specific number of people that I am looking to work with. If you want to help out, you can. However, I am only looking for people who are skilled in;

Coding (HTML, CSS, PHP etc.)
Design (eg. Forum skins, advertising, general design work etc.)
Content writing

Video editing
Advertising (online & in real life)
Team building & organizing meetings etc.
Article writing (for news articles)

You don't need to be skilled in all the above sections but the more skilled you are, the better. You won't be working on one area of the site either - if you get bored, you can easily move onto another section.

If you're interested in this, send me a PM and i'll be happy to chat with you and see if we can get you involved with URT33N.

Thanks for reading <3

Hey there Chris :P
Just a mention while you're working on a new look;
It might help to protect some of your directories from prying eyes as you work on a new version. Like the /images directory; Just put a blank index.html in there or something.

It's all voluntary for now. However, providing all goes well and the site is successful, I may begin issuing pay to staff.
