Long list.

Linux Server on my server.
Windows XP on my second server, with linux on dual boot to make it work like a server.
Linux, Windows Vista and Windows 7 on my laptop,
Mac OS X on my first desktop,
and Windows Vista on my second.

But I have to say, 7 > Vista > XP < 98 > 95
