Hi,
If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated....
When ever I load Windows Live, my PC will go slow, laggy and eventually crash.. It will load without a problem in Safe mode and i've tried a complete uninstall and reinstall, to no effect. It's really beginning to peeve me off now, i've used another all in one IM service which when I sign in on MSN, ***** my PC up and the program crashes.... I have no idea?

Re-Install MSN?
Downgrade your MSN? (Wil use less memory probz)
Un-install any scripts youve installed onto MSN
Do these, or at least 1-2, then it should work -FingersCrossed.
Im no whizz but, good luck :)

I've got 3.5 gig of RAM in this machine, MSN shouldn't even raise an eyebrow on here. I've unistalled and reinstalled already and have tried an older version..

lol you're right!
ok, dont use the latests one, get the one before it!
Maybe you have some sort of virus?
Or you Anti-Virus could maybe blocking it.
Speaking from experience.

It depends what you have installed lately.. as that's obviously owning your RAM..

I wouldn't use MSN, talking to some people on usenet (yes, there is a community on usenet it's not just a global download fest) they say there are security loopholes and generally buggy, also there has been cases of account theft via MSN plus
If you are on XP try Windows Messenger
Start -> All programs
Depending on which version of XP you are running
-> Accessories -> Windows Messenger
-or-
-> Windows Messenger
Another tip if you have a memory leak I would load task manager on the processes tab and load WLM and see where the memory leak is.
