Hey everyone

It's late, obviously, but it took me a while to sort out something... anyway let's get started.

The OMGWTH award, is one that just about covers the biggest surprise of this year - whether it be a game being delayed or a game being axed, these are the top 3 surprises of the year, and you get to choose the one that made you OMGWTH

Free Radical Goes Bust

Reason: Nobody saw this coming, we all saw Free Radical fall and die on the same day, hell no-one even knew what they were working on - let alone their financial state. Thank god Rebellion and co. have taken over Star Wars Battlefront III, I didn't like Free Radical for Timesplitters and after Haze... well... you know

FFXIII On Xbox 360

Reason: Well, one hour after it was announced... IGN, Kotaku, PlayR, Gamespot and every other gaming site or show... branded it 'the last great Playstation 3 exclusive to fall'... I don't think anyone saw it coming, and it's gonna have a large impact on the state of the consoles from now on.

Activision Blizzard Merger

Reason: The moment I heard about this, I didn't believe it... but one of the top name publishers has indeed merged with the biggest MMO company in the world... and frankly I hope something good comes out of it... or I'll complain and maybe become president or something.

Well since FFXI was on the 360 I wasn't surprised they'd release it and I always had a good idea that it was coming to the 360 anyway so it wasn't a surprise, the biggest surprise for my was Free Radical really.

Even though I don't like FF, it going to the 360 was huge news.
