The PlayStation 2 accounted for 31.7% of console usage minutes, followed by the Xbox 360 in second with 17.2%, the Nintendo Wii in 3rd with 13.4%, 4th was the original Xbox with 9.7% with the PlayStation 3 in 5th with only 7.3%. The GameCube was 6th with 4.6%.

The remainder 16.2% was time split up between the PC, PSP, DS and Gameboy.

They couldn't work it out, not anywhere near exactly. They probably just did a survey of how long people reckon they play per week, on average.

They probs did a survey or something - can't the electric companys see what it was used on as we found out most of our water was used for showers from the water company.

Electric companys can tell what you're actually using, plus how would an electric company see how much time you spend on the PSP? xD

It's actually true, to all those doubters. I don't have a source at hand but the PS2 has outsold every console every year since it's release. I don't know why, but it does.
