It was working first of all, I uploaded one picture then went to upload another and this came up:

k it isn't working lol
like It loads so I click upload on the picture and then the screen goes green and blue and doesn't actually upload the picture

Why would your 'support team' have access to phpMyAdmin?

I think nvr means tech team (people who provide the dedi) or he is joking.
