Ice cream maker = 0.6 (people not offering, or offering less than 0.7 for an icm)
Samover = 0.9 (people offeringmore than 0.8 - around 1 hc)
Oil Lamp = 1.0 (I got 2 hc for my 2 oil lamps, and people selling for 1 hc)
Blue amber = 1.3 (Alot of people want blue ambers - offering more than normal price)
Hammock = 1.5 (people offering 1.5 and asking 1.5 for their hammocks)
Study = 1.8 (I have seen alot of people wanting studies, therefore they offer more than their original price)
Green bb = 2.3 - 2.5 (People asking more than 2.2 and offering a little higher)
Silver nelly = 2.5 (People offering 2.5 for a silver nelly)
Throne sofa = 4.0 (People asking and offering 4 hc for their throne sofa, not 4.1)
Throne = 20 (people asking for 20 hc for their thrones)
