View Full Version : [Bobba] Reset of Rights doesn't work?

Well it's been like this for some time now - have done a Forum search - no luck in finding a related post.

I've found out that if a user has rights and is NOT in the room when rights are reset, they keep the rights. If the user is in the room then they are removed. Kind of defeats the point of the reset rights tool, eh?

It isn't just me as I've tested it with other people. It would appear its just me, or Habbo don't know about it, as when I emailed them 0rca reset the rights to all my rooms, but asked me to go over any she missed, even though I clearly stated the tool does not work.

Meh, does it work for you basically?

It worked for me the other day also when I reset rights in my casino due to scamming.

Actually I have. So stop with the ignorant attitude thank you very much! I've tried many days, infact almost everyday, and if the user is out of the room resetting of rights will not work, if they are in the room, well then they are removed.

I guess it's just me then, but that also means rights cannot be reset on me unless I'm in the room, as I have asked friends to test this on me too.

Well if everyone else seems to work fine it would seem only you to be left out? Hmm.. difficult...
I would say you've messed up, and so would everyone else.
And thanks for the -rep, though there was no need.

This happens to me sometimes (once every 20) but usually it works. I don't know what the problem is, and I don't know why mine does it sometimes but not all the time.

Ardemax, there was no need for you to post such an arrogant comment - it's because of that I -rep.

This happens to me almost everyday. I click modify -> reset -> ok -> ok, tell people to go into the room, they still have rights.

Well, have you tried a day after?
And it wasn't "such an arrogant comment", try learning to spell.

Yes. I said numerous times I've tried everyday.

And if you could point out the incorrect spelling error in my sentence, I'd very much appreciate it - the text you quoted does not have a spelling error, so I fail to see your tedious point.

Anyway, you're drifting my topic off topic now, which I don't want it to do so. I'd appreciate it if you just left the thread.

Actually, I reset earlier this week and most were removed but one guy who was in the casino when I reset rights weren't removed so I had to remove them manually.

You don't have any right to tell me which thread I can post in, it's a forum, deal with it.
Alright? I'll be picky, unless it was a dreadful example of sarcasm, if you've tried "everyday", then well, you know what I'm going to say next.

Basiclly, you need to try all the possible reasons (obvious reasons), have you tried it when they're not in the casino/when they're in it...

I don't have the right to do so correct, but Forum rules can state otherwise, and in which case one with that power will meaningly put an end to it.

Umm...and to your comment as to whether I've tried it in various ways, well obviously yes, otherwise there would be no post. I also stated that in the first post, which you must have not read either.

You're good at assuming, the same as me.
And I don't get your first bit, but if you're telling me to stop posting, good luck.
All I'm saying is, if it works for everyone else than the chances are, that you've done something wrong at your end...
