Caught in the middle

Ever been caught in between 2 friends? Of course you have, at one point or another. I hate being the middleman. It sucks to have to be in that position and its not a nice feeling too. When they argue, you'd have to go listen to what he/she said about the other person and you'd start feeling guilty. Sometimes i feel like banging their heads together.

So have you been stuck in this kind of situation?

yeah & with girls it's usually over guys. Except recently it's been between my mum and my brother, they had little problems and **** one another off to me and expect me to tell them they're the right ones i usually just let them vent and don't give my opinion :P

same here. for me its just 2 friends. well a few pair of friends. it sucks to hear them ******** about the other. frankly, im sick of it. i love them but this is too much. the worst thing about it is when one of them ask about what the other said. and you just know that they expect you to be on their side. its frustrating, and very very tiring.

i hate when people try and speak to you before the other person like they want to build their own little team against the other person, that really annoys me. At the end of the day keep an open mind and don't make rash judgements, from past experience a lot of friends gang up on one person depending on which of the two who fell out is the best at story-telling.

i have always been in this situation because i always have 2 best friends :S so if both of them fall out, itll be like a game of tug-o-war. most of the time, i hated them for putting me through it.

they were getting along all nice in the beginning. then some girls started saying that they hated this other girl and the 2 just fell out.

Don't drop out from being the friend you were to not talking to them much.. Give em a speech (not together) and tell them everything, tell them how much you're sick off it and stuff and that you hate how they are getting you involved in something which doesn't even involve you. But be nice about it and don't shout at them cos knowing some people, they will snap and you'll have fallen out with them. Anyway if they really know how much its annoying you then they should stop, well any proper friend would stop it and if they don't then its going to get into feeling as if they care more about hating on eachother than caring about their friendship with you, which sux badly (soz that last bit didn't help did it ;l)

Im talking about Nana and TJ btw.
I told TJ bout my "middleman" curse. and she understands, she did her best being friendly with nana but nana just kept being the stubborn ***** so its still going on. for MONTHS. it all started when people started saying nana is this attention seeker popular kid wannabe whereas TJ is loud and hugs everyone and is popular in a good way where people will accept her.

+ me and nat have talked to them both but its no use. Months ago, i talked to TJ 1-to-1 and she did listen. loving her for that (Y). and hello, its me youre talking, im always nice.

yes its just her. shes a nobody to begin with. idk how she ended up with us. we always thought shes a witch. she IS jealous of tj in so many ways so we think that nana is "stealing" us away from tj. she even succeeded. trust me, the best thing that could happen is me falling out with nana without any guilty conscience. i dont shout at people when im angry. according to my friends, ill just be "cold" and not even say a word.
