Happy to code stuff for free, something a bit different but small and not too time consuming.

Script will be coded in PHP most likely, happy to use mysql databases and incorporate styles/js.

Meh, it's preferance really. The main benefit of OOP, in my opinion, is that when working in a team, you can understand each others code better.

Procedural is normally faster, but is harder to build on.

Hey i need a review script made for my site.
Nothing very advanced just easy and simple what i need is:

Register and login system
Admin panel were i can MOD the reviews and delete pointless ones.
A seprate page per each review so simple imbed code maybe to show reviews.
When writing reviews you maybe can have 5 star option.

Anymore questions about it just ask.

Hi, i was on MSN with you a few minutes ago.

I'm in need of a news system, it will be intergrated into a website i already have, if you approve i'll talk to you about intergrating and stuff in MSN.
I need to be able to show the "reporters" in a list.
It needs to have catagory management, and a list of catagories.
New article
edit article
remove article
rating system (users must be logged in)
comments + management (are comments moderated? can people post comments?)
Display 2 articles at a time (side by side) with who wrote it, the catagory, the title, and then whole article. it must also display the current rating, and how many comments. Also a little "+comment" icon, a box will popup and you add your comment.
You can also view comments by clicking the amount. It will display the avatar of the user, their name, their rating, and the date.

Im no longer in need of intergration, it's going to be a stand-alone news thing.

And yes, it is quite a lot, but it's basic wordpress without the flashy admin panel, modifications, skins, pages etc.
It is actually quite basic; add/edit/remove news, rate and comment. and catagories. Im not saying it's easy to code, but it's what you'd expect a news system to have, isnt it?
