Hi..
Could anyone be so kind as to link me to a step by step how to partition and install Windows 7 on my hard drive?
I have 71GB free space
But I really dont wanna lose my songs etc....

Also can I access files on XP install from windows 7 install?

+rep and eternal love

(another note: I have no working CD/DVD/RW drives, but have spare hard drives..)

google "Dual Boot XP and Vista" and find one that goes through with XP installed first. There are loads. Wherever it says "Vista" just substiute Windows 7, they work in essentially the same way.
