Hi all, im around 12st 8lbs, sort of fat for my age , i am fairly muscular under the fat, all im seeking is , What i should do to loose the fat and what i should eat, my current diet per day is: breakfast:- none , Dinner:- cheeseburger and chips tea:- random usually chicken and rice , i only really do excersise twice a week for 45 mins each time and thats in pe, can sombody reccomend what i should eat and do to excersise and loose this fat and weight , thanks

You go girlfriend. I would eat breakfast if I were you though, something like Special K is good.

Perhaps do the special K diet, eat it for breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Silly advert stuck in my head

Never neglect your breakfast... your metabolism starts as soon as you put food into your mouth so even if your only eating some fruit, never skip breakfast.

Also I wont post anything as I don't think you have the willpower to loose weight at your age, I could be wrong but It's all about getting over your eating disorder before you start anything

You need to start eating breakfast and eating healthy. Cheese burger and chips is a really fattening lunch to have..

Special L is nicer lol only joking i prefer my weetabix and if you like sweet cerial and usualy add sugar id advise add fruit instead it makes it sweeter a sliced banana maybe? plus its alot healther

just stop eating crap like chips/burgers and eat pasta, meats, protein, fish and then do weights (freeweights or bench), crunches and then cardio and you will be fit in no time

don't skip breakfast my friend, as you don't skip more meals. Take smaller meals in between to speed up your metabolism. And always eat lots of fiber and protein as you do need them in order to lose weight effectively
